When we complete the 1,300 miles this summer, we will only have achieved half our goal–the other half lies with individuals willing to make a difference and stand up for the right of all people to live their day-to-day life without fear of persecution, rape, or a senseless death.  Some take for granted the luxury of waking up in the morning to an alarm clock instead of gun shots.  Others complain of outrageous gas prices while some starve.

The people in Darfur, Burma, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the other areas of internal conflict in the world need our help.  By simply making a contribution, you can play a part in ending genocide and ensuring a safer world for future generations everywhere.

This is not a political issue.  This is an issue of equality.

Please, make a contribution to our relay through the Genocide Intervention Network.  Your money will help protect civilians in Darfur as well as pass legislation to stop genocide now and in the future.  Now is the time to take a stand.

Note: The donation form is hosted off-site by the Genocide Intervention Network.  Please do not be alarmed–this is intentional.
